Firefox Ominous?

Wow, what a freaky thing. I was just about to download and test drive the new Firefox 2.0 browser but then got some crazy news.

The warehouse I interned and then worked at for a while in New Jersey caught fire last night. Not too much damage but still being a warehouse of garments, I'm sure inventory re-conciliation is gonna be a bitch.

Good thing no one got hurt.

Weekend Update

Another relaxing weekend went by. Stayed indoors getting my parents caught up on 24 Season 2 and getting my buzz on both saturday and sunday nights.

Good times. Of course there was the heartbreak of India losing in a cricket match but getting used to that.

Got over that pain by writing two chapters of a sci-fi story I've been trying to write for over two years. Not gonna be published or anything, it's just something I like to do whenever I get bored. But hey, who know? Maybe someday.

Up and around

And I'm back doin my nocturnal thing. Took abt 4 1/2 weeks but it's back.

I feel productive... but this is a one night show only.

Been so busy lately. Don't have enough time to post.

I've seen so many things on the net that I wanted to post abt the past week but really, work and RL have me by the balls.

Rise and Fall

The recovery phase has set in. Unfortunately it was due to me gulping down anti-biotics which means supreme weakness and nausea.

Somehow managed to get to work today. Don't know if I can stay for long. Typed two emails today alongwith cleaning out my mailbox and my fingers are so tired.

 

Down wid it again

Yup. The sickness is here again. And this time it shows up on my birthday.

Happy Birthday me... anyway, not gonna let this get me down. Got a rockin new cell phone after 12:00 am last night.. loving it.

Many good wishes keeping the spirits high. I doubt I can go in to work today or work out.


Now looking forward to dinner tonight with the family.

Final 2 hrs of 22 time.

I've had a feeling all day something is gonna happen.

Maybe good, maybe bad. 

Some things have already happened. I hope the best is yet to come.

Long-weekend update

Finally, got that peace and calmness I was craving.

Saturday was mess around, do some work and play some counter strike day.... oh and let's not forget getting tipsy with old friends.

Sunday we went to my dad's factory for some pre-dussera pooja and got back and well, got tipsy with some some more close friends. My buddy VJ who is into event management brought over a ton of new music for me to rip to my pc. That's what I've been listening to for the whole day now.

Today was pooja at my mom's office, advancing to the PGA Tour in Tiger Woods 2007 on my pc and then watching the funniest movie of the year (desi) in a theatre. Listening to some more of that awesome music....
