Quotes for the day
Quotes for the day.
Today's feature is George Gordon Noel Byron, 1788 - 1824, the famous English Poet
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling like dew, upon a thought, produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions, think.
There is no such thing as a life of passion any more than a continuous earthquake, or an eternal fever. Besides, who would ever shave themselves in such a state?

Hence, no posting for a week. When I come back though, expect to see lot of pics of Indian Weddings on my photo blog.

The Denial of Perspective
A cool link with some wicked pictures.
Basically this guy paints a room in weird formations and when looked at from a certain angle, it all makes sense.
Just go look at the link if you think I'm not making any sense

The Enigma Exp
Wow.. what an awesome night.
Just got back from club enigma at the J.W.marriot 10 mins ago... and so buzzed.
Which is why this post might be a little bit fuzzy... so much fun. Went in with Pial and had a blast dancing to some great hip-hop tunes. Met some cool brits from essex and some Indian doctors from Rae Barelli? I think.
Anyway.. good to be pretending to be somebody else for a while and good to be shakin to some of the best r&b/hip-hop tunes this side of Flipside. Hey, that rhymes... anyway... off to bed after I check my bloglines feeds.

A little off course today.
A sentence to remember the value of II. The same value which has the property of tormenting school boys for two-three years.
"How I want a drink, alcoholic of course, after the heavy lectures involving quantum mechanics. All of thy geometry, Herr Planck, is fairly hard...:

Down with a Sickness
So tired.
Its been a really busy day.
Gearing up for a big presentation on Friday. Also had a lot of misc tasks to take care of around work.
Oh and to top it off, feeling doozy does not help. Sucks cause I had to miss my work out this morning because my whole body was aching and I don't think it had everything to do with my workout yesterday.

Happy Birthday Asimov
Isaac Asimov was born at Petrovichi, Russia on this day in 1920. One of the finest writers of all time. And thats not even taking into account his sci-fi pedigree.
And on that note, here is today's quote for the day.
Suppose that we are wise enough to learn and know - and yet not wise enough to control our learning and knowledge, so that we use it to destroy ourselves? Even if that is so, knowledge remains better than ignorance.

New Year Quote
Quote of the day:
I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious ambiguity.
- Gilda Radner
